The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle whilst continually supporting and participating in the overall Global Talent Acquisition strategy. They will be responsible for the activity across a range of roles and locations Internationally across Biotechnology, Research and Development and support functions. They will be expected to act as a true business partner and subject matter expert around talent sourcing and attraction. The incumbent will have high levels of visibility and autonomy and will work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to fill complex and exciting roles across International (ex- Americas).
Proven track record in end to end recruitment.
Highly self-motivated, achievement driven personality and ability to work independently and make decisions and recommendations on individual hiring strategies.
Capability to directly source and attract high calibre candidates Internationally.
Highly creative and innovative approach to recruitment
Excellent key stakeholder management and engagement skills with a professional approach to recruitment
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure their quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Understanding of employment laws across International and experience of working collaboratively with Legal and HR Business Partners.
Demonstrated ability to engage, consult, influence and partner with senior leaders with a customer service mind-set.
Excellent understanding of the industry's current trends and operating environment across International.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of highly matrixed, cross functional teams
Ability to anticipate and adapt to changed business priorities & environment and to drive such changes in partnership with business leaders
Excellent listening, communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge and direct hands-on experience using automated HR/Recruitment systems is highly preferred (Workday and Kenexa)
Able to lead training sessions, presentations, and meetings
Embraces continuous learning/seeks knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
