The Role – Teaching Assistant

For this Teaching Assistant role, your primary responsibility will be supporting a Year 9 student displaying challenging behaviour who requires a 1:1 approach to their learning and development. As Teaching Assistant, it is vital that you establish trust and rapport with this student to effectively support their academic, social, and creative development.
