Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Brent

Duration: Full Time, Long Term, September start for the full academic year

Salary: £80+ daily rate (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our client at a Secondary School in Brent. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to gain experience in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
Supporting students in their learning and helping them to overcome any challenges they may face
Leading small group activities and providing one-on-one support as required
Marking and providing feedback on student work
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred, but not required
