The Role – Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a well-established Primary School based in Redbridge who are looking for a teaching assistant to join them ASAP. This teaching assistant role will require you to support the class teacher in delivering lessons and meeting class objectives. Knowledge of key stage 1 and 2 is preferable but not essential however, you must have a desire to help and support young people to reach their full potential. Strong behaviour management and communication skills is a pivotal part of being a teaching assistant and the right person must also have a positive attitude.
