A friendly Primary school in a lovely part of North London are seeking a Teaching Assistant to help children who need extra support in the classroom, this is a full time role on a long term basis.
The school is based in East Finchley and just a short walk away from transport links, they also offer parking for members of staff who drive.
The school is looking for a positive Primary School Special Education Needs TA who can show a genuine passion in supporting children. 
In return the school can offer the Teaching Assistant a warm and positive environment with a supportive team of staff and multiple ongoing development opportunities. They strongly believe that all children have talents which can be developed and that all can succeed no matter what the level of their ability. Due to the nature of the role we are only able to accept people who can commit to Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm. 
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

Passion for working with children who require additional support in order to maximise their full potential
Be flexible, proactive and patient
Able to build strong rapport with students and staff 
Experience working with children
SEN experience (preferred)
Strong behavioural management skills
