An award-winning engineering consultancy require a Team Administrator to join their support team of 3 on a 3-month temp basis with the opportunity to go permanent.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
Provide administration support to engineering teams
Diary management including organising internal / external meetings
Booking ad-hoc travel and accommodation when required
Preparing and formatting reports
Required to cover Reception-sickness, short holiday period
Assisting with printing, binding, arranging couriers and car bookings.
Assisting with expenses
Excellent communication skill
