Career Level Manager
A wonderful opportunity to join this award winning practice, providing administrative support and document control support for the Surrey studio, with some remote support for an additional studio too.
They successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some strong administrative skills, ideally coming from a creative or deadline driven environment. You will need to be proactive, an outstanding communicator with a high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Diary management for Senior Partners
Assisting with Document Control responsibilities using Newforma and 4Projects
Formatting documents and issuing proposals, using InDesign
Producing Powerpoint presentations for meetings
Assisting with organising events
Facilities and studio management duties.
Intermediate MS Office skills are essential. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit and Electronic Document Management Systems such as Newforma would be beneficial
