Salary will vary depending on level, flexible banding of between £70,000 – £85,000 + Car allowance, Annual Leave, Generous pension and more!

You will have the opportunity to lead from the front within a high performing team as the Technical Director within this large, international and highly regarded organisation.

Lead the technical design and reviews
Help deliver a more streamlined delivery and design process
Help continue to grow the team naturally
Working on Hyper-scale Data Centres across Europe, including Spain and Portugal
Working on Large Film Studios in the UK and in Europe
Leading in Utilities Coordination, Roads or Drainage side of design
Ability to travel around Europe
Ability to work remotely from Europe
Opportunity to help the Civil Team get to the same size as other large teams

The successful Technical Director – Mission Critical Civil Infrastructure Team will have around and upwards of 10 years design experience within a similar field however, this impressive company will also consider a Technical Manager level if they are not quite at that level of experience.

The current operations Director wants this Technical Director – Mission Critical Civil Infrastructure Team to be just that, Technical, no direct management responsibilities and will work alongside the Associates who will man manage their teams.

The Technical Director – Mission Critical Civil Infrastructure Team will have 2 main functions:

Lead things such as technical design reviews and meeting code legislation
Help grow the team naturally whilst giving advice and expertise of the design process making sure the process is streamlined
