Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and numerate accounts administrator to work within their well established and very friendly team. You will be responsible for all sales ledger, invoicing and accounting administrative duties and you will be able to absorb lots of information and processes used within the organisation. You will be responsible for job costings and you will need to understand figures and be able to learn and understand about exchange rates and stock control.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to answer calls when required and liaise with clients professionally and in a friendly and helpful manner.
It is essential that you have sales and purchase ledger experience and are numerate with good attention to detail.
This role is 5 days per week, Monday – Friday and the hours of work are from 9am – 5pm.
