Job Description
We have a range of clients who are always on the lookout for keen, enthusiastic, and experienced candidates to step into administration roles on a temporary and ad-hoc basis!
Our clients sit within a variety of sectors such as legal, membership, and publishing. Working on a temporary basis is a great way to gain key experience in different sectors as well as develop on great existing skills in the administration and reception.
Successful candidates will have:
* A minimum of 6 months office-based reception experience.
* Confidence using databases, telephone switchboards and email inboxes.
* Experience arranging and setting up meetings for key members of team.
* A positive, can-do attitude.
* A willingness to learn and adapt.
