The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Build relationships with both candidates and clients
Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
Build your candidate base by regularly screening candidates
Attend client visits
Regularly qualify candidates and submitting them to relevant positions that match their experienceWhat a good Trainee looks like
