Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Construction

OHUK is a construction recuritment business that specialises in the mechanical and electrical industry, placing white collar permanent staff and blue collar temporary contractors to the industry. We have been established since 2011 and have a great reputation within the industry.

Our offices are based in Central Bromley with easy access to the Glades shopping centre, restaurants and the buzz that comes with working in a large town centre. The Role

The role of a recruitment consultant is extremly varied and helps develop so many great attributes and skills.

* Business development through research and marketing campaigns

* Lead generation and following through every lead

* Candidate pre-qualification

* Advertising campaigns

* Interviewing candidates over the phone and face to face

* Advertising vacancies through various job boards

The Person

In order to "make it" as a recruitment consultant, you will need the following skillset

* A hard working and resilient approach

* An excellent telephone manner with great conversational skills

* Be able to prioritse work load

* Self motivated with a "can do" attitude

* A good educational level

* Experience in working in a target driven, sales environment
